But when your construction is located on wetlands, beaches or dunes, then permits are required.

Individual Permits. When having this permit, you will not other certificates for submission. Authorization from a department is also required just like the two mentioned above. Moreover, you need 2000 dollars for the fee in application.

Knowing this can help you on avoiding some problems. When you want to build your property on those locations, you might either need those permits or not. Just follow the rules and things will turn out fine.
