For people to live in peace in their society, they must communicate in a good way. Polite language should be used when one is addressing other people. Organizational crisis communication occurs when employees in a company do not relate with each other properly in Washington. This may lead to downfall of the company. This is because if the people do not come into an agreement, they will give their competitors a good chance to overtake them.

There are some challenges which are faced when such a problem arises. Some of them may include that a company or an industry may lose their customers. This is because if they cannot talk to each other in a good manner, they will not be respected by the society. Clients who come to buy from them are attracted by the reputation a certain company has.

There are other parties that may decide to use non verbal method. In this method, the parties involved do not use any words but they use things like gestures and movement of the body to pass their message. It is complicated to people who do not understand the meaning of the gestures. They will have to look for people who understand the signs and explain to them.

One can decide to save and invest into other projects after they share their profits. This is how businesses start to grow from small market enterprise to large markets. An individual will also attract a lot of customers who will buy from their business. When a customer is well spoken to, they will feel appreciated by the business men in that company.

The employees may also not enjoy being in their work station. This is because the environment is not the best to live in. They do not have people who speak to them in a polite and professional language. It kills their morale and this may affect the kind of services they are going to offer to their clients. The stress may affect them and serve their clients in a manner that is not the best.

There is also the informal mode of conversation. This is where the employers can come and talk to their staff without any written document. The employers just pass the information without having evidence like a written agreement.

Also the employees who are employed in that company get motivated. This is because if their boss talks to them using a good tone, they will feel appreciated. The employees will get motivated and they shall be willing to work properly and give out their best. They will always look to raising the standards of the company.

Conversation is very vital in life. This is because people get to share even their problems with other people. This is a way of finding a solution to your problems. One can come across a person who is willing to assist them and solve their problems completely. One feels comfortable and they become happy and relaxed. They can therefore be in a position to work properly.
